Hallo,
This school year has been long and short at the same time. I drive many miles, dropping off and picking up people at school. I am primarily an Uber driver.
After all these 171 instructional days, I realise that when I don’t have time to worry about what to wear, things are simpler. On those days, I can focus on getting the uniforms, lunches, breakfast, keys, wallet, bottle waters, etc. We’re always on time; however, if I have an appointment and need to get ready first, waking up 30-40 minutes before affects my beauty sleep 😜.
I understand that if I have an outfit that did not make me look like I fell out of bed, my life would be simpler. I decided to design some graphic tees that can be dressed up or down. That is how the Café y Nada tee was created. For Mother’s Day, I made a Madre tee with the translation inside. Bilingual tees rock and teach.

Este año escolar ha sido corto y largo al mismo tiempo. Manejo muchos kilómetros llevando y trayendo gente a la escuela. Casi casi soy un chofer Uber.
Después de estos 171 días educativos, me doy cuenta de que si no me preocupo acerca de lo que me voy a poner, las cosas son más simples. En días como esos, me puedo enfocar en los uniformes, almuerzos, desayunos, llaves, monedero, botellas llenas de agua, no vacías, siempre andamos a tiempo. PERO, si yo tengo una cita y me tengo que alistar primero, tengo que despertar mucho más antes y eso afecta mis 8 horas de dormir.
Entiendo que si sé lo que me voy a poner al siguiente día sin verme como si me caí de la cama, todo es más fácil. Decidí diseñar algunas playeras gráficas que se pueden ver bien con jeans o pantalones de vestir. Así nació la playera de Café y Nada. Se me ocurrió que para el Día de las Madres podía diseñar una playera para esa ocasión. Les cuento que me la puse el día que mi hija se ganó una medalla al participar en un concurso de vocabulario. Yey!!!
